SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

​

Mundura ships all items from The Netherlands. Everything is sent assigned and with tracking.
Items are usually shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.


Shipping times are on average:
Europe: 2-5 days
US, Canada, Australia: 2-3 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks. 
Please note that not all items in the store are ready to ship. Please read the product info to learn about the production time.

When the ordered piece doesn't arrive within this time frame, it is probably at your local postal office for pick up.
It's also possible that the package is still at customs. Sometimes they're slow with clearing a package.
Mundura won't give refunds for packages getting delayed, as this is out of my hands.
Please be aware that your country's customs may charge an import duty.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first on munduradesign@gmail.com, or via the contact form on this website.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the item is shipped back within 14 days after receiving, and when the item is in good condition. The cost of shipping back to me and shipping of the new item will be for the buyer.

Returns

Returns are possible when the item is shipped back within 14 days after receiving, and when the item is in good condition. The refund will be minus shipping and 5% restocking fee.

Please note: Mundura won’t take back any clothes that are worn, dirty (this includes animal hairs & smoke) or damaged.


Full refunds (including the cost of shipping back) can be given when the piece clearly differs from the description (other measurements than provided, wrong colour etc) or when there are clear flaws in the product.
Steps to take:
*Contact me right after the package has arrived, within 3 days after arrival, with a picture of the received item. I will respond ASAP to inform you about the steps to take, please do not take any action before I got back to you!
*The piece should be shipped back to me within 7 days, assigned and with tracking. 
*When it has arrived back to me and I confirmed the flaw, you will get a replacement item or a full refund.

If a package doesn't arrive at the buyer within the given timeframe, Mundura will start an investigation. 
Mundura won't give refunds for packages getting delayed.
Mundura won't give refunds when the wrong address was provided. Be sure that your current shipping address is provided!
If the package arrives damaged, please make a photo of the package and clothing, and contact me.
